LUUV IS ORRNGE is not a store. It is a living archive of moments—each work an unrepeatable fragment of feeling. To acquire a piece is to enter a private dialogue with the studio, where sentiment, craft, and story outweigh transaction. What follows is the framework by which we protect that dialogue.

The Nature of an Acquisition

  • One-of-One Originals: Every artwork is singular. There are no prints or reproductions. Once an original leaves the studio, it will never exist again in any form.

  • Emotional Provenance: Each piece carries its own narrative, tied to the brand’s philosophy of connection, loneliness, and reunion. Certificates of Authenticity accompany every artwork to confirm provenance.

  • Finality of Sale: Acquisitions are irrevocable. All sales are final to preserve the integrity of scarcity and the trust between collector and artist. Returns or cancellations are not offered under any circumstance.

Acquiring Multiple Works

  • Consideration of Intent: Collectors may request more than one piece within a given release, but approvals are at LUUV IS ORRNGE’s sole discretion. This ensures works are placed with those who value their meaning, not speculation.

  • Separate Authenticity Records: Each piece will be documented individually—even when acquired together—preserving its independent story and provenance.

Acquisition Process

  • Inquiry & Selection: Works are revealed quietly, either through direct release or private invitation. Once a collector indicates interest, they receive a detailed acquisition summary.

  • Payment Confirmation: After payment clears, the piece enters our studio’s handling queue for archival wrapping and insured transport.

  • Archival Wrapping: Each artwork is secured with museum-grade materials designed for longevity and safe transit.

  • Timeline: Due to the scale, finish, and care of original works, dispatch may take several weeks. Collectors will receive progress updates discreetly by email.

Payments

  • Accepted Methods: Credit & debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank wire transfers for high-value acquisitions.

  • Verification: First-time collectors may experience a short verification process to ensure secure transfer and authenticity.

  • Commissions & Pre-Orders: Full payment is required at the time of confirmation unless explicitly agreed in writing.

  • Currency: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Collectors are responsible for any bank fees or conversion charges.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Insured Transit: All artworks ship fully insured at their declared value. Carriers are selected for international reliability (UPS, DHL, or similar).

  • Signature Required: Responsibility transfers once a verified adult signature confirms receipt.

  • Customs & Duties: For international deliveries, duties and taxes are generally the collector’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. Customs delays are outside the studio’s control.

  • Transit Times: Vary by region and the nature of the work. Patience is part of the process—LUUV IS ORRNGE prioritizes the piece’s safety over speed.

The ORRNGE PEELS Tab

  • Distinct Category: Items under Orrnge Peels—such as apparel or small objects—are offered as part of the LUUV IS ORRNGE world but are not considered fine art acquisitions.

  • Standard Fulfillment: These items typically ship faster than original artworks and follow conventional e-commerce practices. They do not include Certificates of Authenticity or special acquisition handling.

  • Separate Policies: Orrnge Peels purchases may carry their own return or exchange guidelines distinct from fine art acquisitions (outlined in the product details).
